"My only regret is that I didn’t write this review sooner! I purchased a Kia Soul from John. I wasn’t too confident in my buying at first as it has been years since i purchased a new car and I wanted to be sure I got the best deal. After test driving the car, I still wasn’t sure but John took me on a test drive with him and explained that I was getting a great car. He took the car on the interstate and told me jokingly, “when you test drive a car, you drive it like you stole it.” He showed me everything worked and it was a good safe, car. He was very patient in the buying process and didn’t push me to commit and waited until I had the confidence to buy. He was kind, soft spoken and very honest. A couple of days after the purchase, I had one issue with the brake lights staying on but it ended up being a part that was easy to fix and David, the shop tech fixed it for free and threw in a brand new battery as well as new brake lights - ALL FOR FREE. I took the car to Kia for an inspection and there is nothing wrong with this car. I’m so happy with my purchase.
