"I walked into Flagler to see if they could make a similar arrangement like the one on the right. They looked at the picture and said sure but they didn't have that exact succulent. I told them I would go to Lowe's and see if I could find one. While at Lowe's I called to ask what size would work best because I found a couple. She told me the arrangement was already done. I was in shock! I returned with the succulent and she kindly placed it in the arrangement perfectly. Wow!! So impressed!! Thank you for your quick service and for the beautiful arrangement!! I know my friend will love it!!"

Their follow up is deplorable, and when I finally got my order, they charge me $100 for two roses and some carnations. Which wasn’t even the original order.
