"Left a review yesterday, finally got one of the prescriptions today, the second prescription was twice as much as it would cost to get it at Publix across the street so I asked for it to be transferred after my second trip down to Walgreens. Waited until 545 to go to Publix to pick it up this evening and they said that Walgreens had just called in the transfer. So three trips and six or seven phone calls to Walgreens to get two prescriptions. And I now have to make a third trip tomorrow to get the second prescription. What a joke. Probably the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever met. Passive aggressiveness abounds and corporate Walgreens should take each and everyone in that pharmacy to task for how I’ve been treated. I will never spend another dollar in the Walgreens at Connerton."

"The pharmacy staff is absolutely useless. Called the pharmacy a few times this week at different times on different days to speak to a different person and unfortunately they all fall short in understanding how to provide adequate service. Why work in a field that requires person to person communication and contact if you are not capable of rising to the challenge? They don’t pay attention to what is being asked and try to push you off to the website which indicates the pharmacy staff should be able to assist. They really need to be trained on customer service."
