"Service people we're very efficient and friendly. There were many of us waiting in line in our cars and it was very hot. And attendant came and gave everyone a bottle of ice cold water. Very impressive. The oil change was expensive. However, the experience was pleasant made so by the employees."

"The staff was amazing and the manager went over and beyond to assist me, Letting me know about me needing another oil pan and informing me about the leak. They really really helped me out. I didn't feel rushed and they were friendly. They were very funny and engaging."

"Unfortunately not a great experience. With a name like Take 5, I was in a hurry and assuming it's somewhere around 5-10, maybe 15 minutes for an oil change. 35 minutes later I rolled out the door. Suggest management work with the staff to not take personal calls while you have customers in front of you and act more professional. There was a light mood in the air where they were working together but it could be tightened up a little."

"I usually have a good experience coming there but yesterday wasn't so good. The guy that I've never seen before was passive aggressive I just didn't care for him at all. I don't know if he is new that's the first time I ever seen him. Hope I don't have to deal with him again. Otherwise everyone is always wonderful awesome customer service. They make you feel welcome."
