"I rented the 12 passenger Sprinter van to take us to/from dinner for my parents anniversary. I chose AllPro due to the great reviews so I feel I need to leave my experience with the disappointing condition of the van. Due to the noticeable rips in the interior I was pretty embarrassed of my choice of transportation. Lesson learned, next time I will do a site visit to lay eyes on exactly what I’m renting. Pros: -Ben is super responsive and easy to work with -Booking was simple and straightforward Our driver was prompt and professional Cons: -The van needed to be cleaned better. The bar area needed a good wipe down, it looked messy and dirty. -A noticeable portion of the interior around the door and bar is ripped and tattered"
"This company has to be the best of all times. Ben Brown owner of this company was very accommodating to our family trip to Clearwater Beach Florida. We had a large party that needed transported from airport to our Rental for the week. Traveling with a new born and having extra luggage, car seat, stroller etc, he made sure we had a large enough car that accommodated all our needs. Our driver was also very friendly and prompt. We also used this company to transport us back to the airport. It was an absolutely beautiful day and our driver was also friendly and took time out to make sure everyone was comfortable.
