Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"I run an entire fleet of trucks all across the country and have a corporate acct with Valvoline. We visit multiple locations every month and this one is one of the most unprofessional locations I’ve ever been to. Soon as I pulled away I pulled over to check everything myself to ensure they completed the oil change properly and tightened everything back up. Everyone seemed lost and confused and has horrible attitudes. Every employee was complaint about something and cussing and mad every time another car pulled up. I was blown away at the language they used in public and how they conducted themselves in front of customers. Not even including how they seemed lost at what they were doing . Will not be going to this location again."

"I got my oil changed, windshield wiper replacement, and an oil filter for less than $90! Jerone did a great job of explaining the services recommended for my vehicle and was very patient and knowledgeable, he managed to work with my budget and gave me a great deal! Dontaye was the one who actually completed the oil change and he did a great job and got me in an out in 30 minutes. This is my second oil change with this location and I am very satisfied!!"

"Every member of the team was very polite & professional. I would love to praise them all individually by name, but the only one I remember is Dante. I was pressured into any of their additional services, but professionally explained the benefits of each service. I did get the interior cabin filter changed as it was definitely needed. I should've taken a picture of how bad it was."
