Nails with Finesse

"Ummm....where do I start. This place presentation is trashy. Its a run down building with run down equipment. The pedicure are without water or bowl. I have NEVER paid almost $70 for a pedicure that don't include water or the basic things you would get in a pedicure anywhere else. I guess getting real pedicure chair with water bowl is too expensive for them. My nail was basic and okay, nothing spectacular for that price. The nail tech nail were super long, she cant even polish nail properly because her nails were so long. That just ridiculous for a nail tech to do nails with claws as nails. Nails by Finesse is the right name for this place because you will get FINESSE to pay high price for services that are not up to standard. I am embarrassed that I went all the way to the slum of ybor to get my nails done. I will never visit again. Never. I rather go nail-less. P.S. I see the owner has a habit of stating people were not client and saying they lying instead of taking accountability. So I advise you to take a look at this place for yourself and you will know this is a honest accurate valid review. Save you money, Save your time."

"I was a walk-in mid week and was fit-in immediately. Great customer service and good vibes in the shop! My tech was Monica, she did a wonderful job on my pedi. To be clear it is a waterless pedi (no bowl) but your feet and legs are inserted into a wooden Steam barrel towards the end, which was new to me I’d never experience this before. I’d visit again when I’m in town and do my nails next time.. they eat down the trendy nails at this location!"

"Yolanda did a FANTASTIC job on my daughter! We were very skeptical since this was her first time getting a design like this. She came with a picture and Yolanda outdid herself. If I must say - she did better than the picture itself! My daughter has been getting compliments left and right. We will be returning customers for sure. They give you a breakdown of the price before hand which was a plus for me. Most nail salons like to to give you the price after the work is done - which is a pet peeve for me. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check this place out ! You won’t be disappointed- THANK YOU YOLANDA ❤️"

"Highly recommend! I got my nails done at this salon for my wedding and the experience from start to finish was extremely professional. The nail tech Jaylen is extremely talented! I don’t normally get my nails done, so Jaylen made sure I had a good experience. She stopped periodically to make sure everything was to my linking. (Length, color, etc) The owner Kay, also followed up with me several times prior to my appointment to assist with scheduling."
