"Today, August 8th 2023 at approximately 5:55 PM I entered the store while on the phone with my mother. The employee, an older hispanic man, told myself and my grandmother that it is company policy that customers cannot be on their phones while in their stores and escorted us both out. I came in ready to purchase a new mattress but changed my mind after the encounter."

"Please note that delivery is over a month delay. We weren't told that until after our credit card was charged. I need the bed to ease a back pain while sleeping. I was told they could advance the delivery for medical reasons. gave me an 800 to call. The customer service people stated that is not true. I could cancel the order and start over with a new order but any delays will make the delivery even later. The lead time had been 2 months but yet their web site indicates 2-3 weeks for custom orders. I'm buying the cheapest unit they have available. You can not pickup the unit and do self setup. Most every company DO NOT charge my credit card until delivery. Very disappointed!"
