"Horrible!!! Visited for the first time two weeks ago the one in bvl by Ross.. told the Asian lady there how happy l was they opened one five min from my house instead of driving to Michigan Ave to the beauty store there... told her i'd be bringing my two daughters with me next time which l did yesterday Sunday.. L walked in and there was a Hispanic male with bleached blonde hair at the register and a Hispanic female along side of him there was another female Hispanic female who followed me in every isle.. when l walked she walked. When l stopped she pretended to be fixing something and would proceed to walk into another isle following me.. l had a small purse the size of a cellphone and shorts with no pockets.. lm a 65 year old woman who never gave anyone there an indication l was there to steal...why she was following me or asked to follow me is beyond me.. needless to say l was so insulted and expressed my concern to the two at the register who chose to roll their eyes and look the other way like l was never talking to them. I told my daughters to hurry and pay for their things and leave.. I'd rather go to the one in Michigan... no one should be treated like that for no reason.. so sad how people are towards each other."

"Extremely weird vibes. Watch your every move as if you there to steal smh. All the girls there were just weird and give you absolutely zero social distance. And stuff there are expensive comparing to other beauty supply stores. I’m not going back there again. First & last for me."
