"I called to make an appointment with my regular therapist and was informed that he is not available until February. I said I will wait and call in January. In the evening I got a call and was informed that there was a call off. I don't remember being told who was going to be my therapist. Come morning the day of my 5:30p appointment I checked my confirmation text and had a different therapist. I called before 8:30am to cancel the appointment. The lady staff did not say anything about cancellation fee. Soon after I started getting text for no call no show. I later checked my bank account and had a $35 charge. I called and asked why am being charged and I had called to cancel. I was informed by a gentleman staff that it was company policy. Now I feel robbed and will never use their services ever again. I will miss my therapist but will find another place with better customer service. I know from cancellation you get informed or they take a percentage with booking that one forfeit if you don't make it to your appointment. If the staff mentioned the cancellation fee I would have said its fine. Robbed customer."

"This is the second time we have booked a couples massage and second time my appointment was messed up. I scheduled this appointment weeks ago for a specific time as it is our anniversary. When the therapist got sick they assumed it would be ok to just change my appointment to a later time without calling me first. So instead of trying to find someone for our original time they offered to reschedule a different day. Our anniversary date is not on a different day. The lack of professional and business practice is unbelievable. I would not recommend scheduling with them unless you want to be rescheduled. Thanks for nothing."

"I have to say I was a little skeptical about this place after reading some reviews and I had a Groupon offer which made me even more nervous. From booking the appointment until I left the place it was a delightful experience. I had a personal issue and they really helped me to rebook my appointment and getting other things done in place of others. I really liked it and I am coming back each time I need waxing services. Wonderful place, very peaceful, nice and clean."
