She was kind and attentive, she answered all my questions, she gave me details and realistic expectations on the procedures and outcomes. She was caring and comforting and put me at ease during my first sessions. I recommend Casey Mercado and this location for all your cosmetic needs. "Not worth the money. The Laser Hair removal treatments worked in the beginning but ultimately I still have hair. Keep track of your own appointments! the staff writes them down in a chart, but if you're getting multiple areas done per appointment and have to skip one area make note of that as I had to remind them when they insisted I only had one session left that they were wrong. I've been a couple times where I've waited had to wait 45+ min for my appointment. I will say the staff is great, everyone is nice and professional, but I still have to shave..."

"I would like to start of by saying that Diana at Ideal Image at the Turkeys Lake office is amazing at what she does. She is an amazing person over all! She makes you feel right at home with her bright welcoming smile. You can tell she loves her career and is a people person. When I called I asked them what do you call your Laser Tech technicians? The office said Diana is a Provider.
