"I originally saw Dr J for the V lift lunch break facelift! I was NOT happy. I tolerate pain pretty well but this procedure was rough for me. I also didn’t get the results I wanted and I left an obnoxious review. I admit they did reach out to me several times before I left the review but I was mad so I didn’t return the call. I instead warned everyone to stay away. That was completely unnecessary and not fair. When they reached out again recently I told them I had a bad experience. They immediately offered to see me and make things right. I was skeptical but figured they should be aware of why I left that review. So long story short they had me (still a little grumpy) there yesterday. I explained how I felt and they were great! Very kind! Dr J offered to fix what I was still unhappy with. He offered free fillers and when I explained I didn’t want that drastic result. He had his professional injector give me an awesome facial! Using my blood, some Botox and hydration micro needled! Totally numbed for it. I felt nothing but relaxation! It is too soon to see the results but I already think it’s working and I’m very happy! Not many Doctors would go out of their way for someone that left such a bad 1st review. I believe the lady that did my facial is named Otti. (Spelled wrong I’m sure) she was fantastic! My opinion has totally changed and I actually would highly recommend Dr J. He is very professional, kind and talented.. If you’re looking for an anti aging Dr by all means go see Dr J!!
