"I went in for a trim, just to have a little weight off from the top of my hair as the length had been pulling my curls down. My stylist was an older Asian lady, and the moment she started cutting I was filled with dread. She grabbed the curls on the top of my head and pulled them out (for anyone with curls, you know this is a no no), then proceeded to make a fist and cut the hair from underneath the fist. I was in such a state of shock that I couldn’t even process what she was doing at first. The “trim” was over in 5 minutes, and she charged me $40 for it. When I got to my car and I looked at myself in the mirror I was horrified by how short my hair was and how bad the cut turned out in general. I went back inside to request a refund and I was unsatisfied with my cut, and she refused to refund me my $40 back. She kept arguing with me saying that I didn’t say I wanted a trim, but I stated that clearly in the beginning of the consultation, and even how I intended to keep growing my hair out for a wolf cut. She essentially gave me a mullet, and I have never felt so humiliated and embarrassed to be out in public. Her refusal to refund me for her unsatisfactory service was upsetting, I’ve never seen a professional fight so hard for $40 on a bad hair job. I’ve never received such bad customer service before either. I cried the entire way back home, and my wife had to fix my hair for me. It’s shorter now, but at least I won’t be embarrassed to be out in public. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who takes pride in their hair or has anxiety going to salons. This was a nightmare experience for me."

"I adore this place, it's my new barber for the rest of my time in Orlando. It's quirky with it's neon lights, parrots, and knick knacks. If you're not boring, you'll like it here. There's a barber of every race so there's someone for every type of hair, and honestly the amount of attention given for the price is extraordinary. A haircut runs about $25, but they put a lot of attention and detail. Compare that to great clips, which is $18 to be rushed in and out. Great small business."

"1st and last time…. Never again. If you have children this is not the place. The man was super rough and when my son would complain he would just tell him he almost done. When he finished his hair cut wasn’t even complete with long hair around his ears and my son had red marks all over that hurt him even when I touch it. Unacceptable !"

"This was by far the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. At 38 years old, I cried when I left. I decided to ignore the birds roaming around and just went for it. Veranne has apparently been cutting hair since the dawn of time…however she doesn’t have a CLUE as to how to cut a women’s hair. She legitimately gave me a long mullet. I had to pay $78 to get it fixed by a master stylist at a high end salon. It took an hour and a half to fix it. You read that right. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE…unless you want a mullet. Worst experience of my life. I can’t believe I paid for it. Also, it’s filthy in there. Just, ugh, don’t go there."
