"Tax Collectors I know, going to get a replacement ID is not at all fun. It’s more like a punishment but I had the complete opposite experience today. I waited 3 1/2 hrs for the text to come through, “you have reached the front of the line”. Traffic was crazy and I needed lots more time. As I’m pulling up, the text that says “go to window 8”. Im so happy to have made it just in time, and in one piece, that I go prancing up to the window… only to find that I was in the wrong place… long story short… Teresa was amazing. She helped me figure it out. She certainly didn’t have to. She was above and beyond the average level of standards here. This world would be a lot better off if we had more people going out of their way to help those like me; silly; disorganized; easily amused people showing up at the wrong windows. Thanks lady, you are awesome!"
