"Salesman, Kyle, was excellent. He spent a lot of time with us and explained everything. Unfortunately the delivery contractor sunk the ship. Update 7/11/23: Delivery was good but when they left, they damaged our fence and gate. They just drove off without stopping and saying anything. Will update again after Mattress Firm addresses damage and has fence and gate repaired. Update 7/27/23 Mattress Firm has not fixed fence yet and has been putting me off. Updated 8/14/23 Mattress Firm reimbursed me for the repairs to the fence. The claim process was not pleasant, and required perseverance. PTL!"
