"Had an appointment with someone specific. Was told he was busy when I arrived. So, next tech in line...I showed her what I wanted with 4 pictures/examples with the color I needed (Royal and Gold) for wedding. I do dip color & color chosen was not at all what I needed. Tech had ear bud in the whole time, she proceeded to get short when I said the color wasn't correct & said she would just repaint. Did not complete design as I also wanted gems added per many picture examples. At check out, I asked for change to tip pedicure tech, eyebrow tech (whom both were great) and nail tech. I was given 4 twenties back and two tens. Had to re ask for lower bills, i'm not tipping tens & twenties to them all. My final bill after tips was 150$. Did not receive a thank you by nail tech or receptionist after I paid. It was a very unpleasant experience. I get my nails done every two weeks. There are salons on every block on every corner. "I made a appointment told them I wanted a full set with designs and pedicure the pedicure was good but when I sat down for the full set the guy starts drilling my nails puts 2 nails on and ask what color/design i wanted so I showed him multiple pictures and apparently nobody could do any of the designs even though I asked prior on the phone for someone who can do designs so they just walked away from me and let me leave there with drilled nails and 2 glued nails didn’t offer to at least take the nails off so I ripped them off paid and left…used to love this place now not coming back"

"I normally always get my pedi here. I won’t be back. It’s a hit or miss. $65 to have my nails look like this is crazy. I didn’t notice till I got home in a brighter light but paint all over my skin and the paint itself is all over the place on the nail."
