"I'm extremely upset! After letting my hair grow i come here to get some layers. My hair is curly so when she finished i didnt see how choppy and uneven my hair was until i straightened it today. Its so uneven some parts are shorter than others. On top imof that she was aggressive and kept pulling my hair and brushing my face extremely hard. Now ima have to let my hair re grow all over again. I should of read some reviews seeing that other people had a similar situation. She needs to get out of the hair industry. Just mortifying.!"

"I guess there isn’t much to expect from a $17 haircut but my lord. For starters the woman cutting my hair insulted me by asking about my pregnancy. I’m not pregnant, just fat, thanks. First off that should NEVER be your conversation starter. I tried to let it not affect me but it did. I already knew my haircut was messed up before I left. I promptly went home to dry my hair (because they don’t do that for you unless you pay more…) to access the damage. And low and behold… it was terrible. Extremely choppy. I went back to have her fix it but it’s still not great. I accepted what we called a “fix” because I was done with her touching my hair. I will not be returning for either myself or my children. You get what you pay for… which is zero blending skills. Pictures of before and after the fix and it looks better in the pictures than in person."

"It's a Great Clips, so I imagine you know what to expect. Jenny was very friendly and did a wonderful job. Location is very clean and taking appropriate precautions for Covid-19. Cost was $15 for a standard cut."
