"Purchased a number of items including a custom made leather sectional. The sectional finally arrived but required repair. They wouldn’t send the repairman and asked me to pay for the second and third visits. The repair isn’t really the best fix for the problem as the design was faulty. Now we have space gaps in the sectional. In addition, the leather got so wrinkled with ridges in the cushions within the first four months of use. They claimed they contacted the manufacturer but that they were have trouble dealing with them. They gave me the telephone number to contact the manufacturer’s representative but he said he only deals with the stores, not with their customers. I was stuck. I had to pay for the repair and I was caught between the store and the manufacturer. This store does not stand by their products while under warranty. I now have an expensive piece of junk in my living room. Dealing with this store was a hassle no one should have to put up with and was a very expensive mistake. We’re looking to replace this very expensive piece of junk."

"this is a cool store with reasonable priced cool and unique furniture.For example they had a unique royal blue leather sectional, and a cushioned leather cushion-headed king frame which were way cooler than i’m explaining it. There are also geometric themed pieces. Have fun!"
