"We purchased set of iron front doors. Within 6 months they oxidized. We were sent a replacement set. Paid $1600 to have old removed and new installed. These peeled worse than the first set. Told we used warranty on first set and would do nothing. We are now on our second round of refinishing and had them sand blasted. There was so much bonding on them it’s taking forever to get them repaired. Also it appears they were not cleaned before painting at factory which is probably why they peeled! Buyer beware with these folks."

"Do yourself the favor and stay away from this company and items. Cheaply made and their customer service is horrible. I ordered Aleko retractable black frame patio awning 20 x 10 feet - black abm20x10bk81-ap and immediately noticed how cheap and flimsy their product was when compared to my neighbor's awning which was superior to the one I ordered from Aleko. Another issue is their customer service. They're experts at bouncing you around, hoping you just give up. I tried emails, calls and no response. Finally got a response from their chat system and was serviced by a rep named "Diana" who doesn't even bother to read the messages because she responded with "returns are only for 30 days" which I was in fact well within my 30 day money back guarantee. Guess she never even looked up my order number. Takes too much time to respond to one sentence and had the odacity to try and tell me that this item is at the customer's expense return even though it was still within my guarantee. STAY AWAY. FILED DISPUTE WITH CARD COMPANY. Everything about this experience and product was horrendous."

"My husband Angelo Catalini bought this product two months ago Not working at all, the package came incomplete parts are missing I called the company a few times but nothing clear we are still waiting for the missing parts to come I do NOT recommend this product at all and neither the company To the costumer service please help , please because your staf are unable to rezolv this problem Thank you !"

"Sad to say but I was so disappointed after ordering a 4x6 awning for a bedroom window. The arms did not fit the front bar.....were not riveted correctly. The bolts which stabalize, hold the canopy and rod against the wall were too short to reconnect the fitting with pole and canopy together, {I was forced to cut the canopy and buy longer bolts. I have it mounted after lots of aggravation, and crying.....won't buy another ALEKO product. The directions were absolutely rediculous, out of order, small print."
