"First, this store is absolutely beautiful. I wish I could afford to have my entire home in Arhaus products. However, I was disappointed with how little is held in stock at the store. Nearly every single thing, besides little decorations, needs to be ordered and shipped to your home. Fine… but shipping charges are crazy. I wanted an $800 ottoman and was being charged $299 for shipping. No way. They don’t even have a basic chair in stock. The staff were really friendly but the salesperson followed us the entire time and I didn’t like it."

"We recently purchased furniture from Arhaus for our home. Our experience with them has been nothing short of wonderful. We worked with Linda Deblois in the Jacksonville store. Even though the store was busy, she never rushed us. We came back multiple times to make SURE we were happy with the pieces before finally making a purchase. Linda helped us sketch out our rooms and decide what would fit our needs. She even hauled various chairs around the showroom so we could see fabrics and finishes together. She is very upfront about time to delivery, and very responsive to email. BONUS--She is friendly and has great taste. After the sale the delivery was exceptional. Every piece was carefully packaged and the delivery crew worked with us to make sure everything was placed perfectly. Scheduling was a breeze. The delivery customer service line addresses you by name from your phone number and treats you as if they are just as excited as you are about your new furniture. We are extremely pleased with our entire experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. We have already recommended Arhaus to several friends. Ask for Linda. Tell her Karen sent you. : )"

"Customer service is terrible. You spend 8k on a couch and can barely get a full sentence out before the store refers you to the national hotline for help. Performance fabric barely made it a year before staining. Corporate did not offer any solutions. Back to RH for us."

"Cynthia at the StJohn’s Town Center Arhaus was very helpful to us. We spent a few hours in the store this past Saturday and purchased a sofa and two chairs. Our sales person for this particular purchase, who was also very helpful, works at a different location. Cynthia was respectful of their position and generous to check on us and answer our questions. We appreciated that Cynthia didn’t hover yet seemed to know just when we needed a little information or guidance. She is knowledgeable about her store and the Arhaus product line, professional and friendly. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to do business at the Jax location."
