"This is a horrible company. I ordered an office chair 2 1/2 months ago. I was shown as in stock when I ordered. I received an email stating that they were temporarily out of stock, but told they’d have it in 2 weeks. That 2 weeks passed without notice. I contacted them again. I was told another 2 weeks. No chair. Then I was told another 2 weeks. That was almost 6 weeks ago. No chair and no communication. If I don’t have a refund soon, I’ll be contacting my credit card company. Definitely wouldn’t buy from this company. AVOID THEM!!! I’ll be contacting the company that makes the chair I ordered to let them know just how poor this company represents their product."
