"Verrrryyyyyy bad service!!! Lauren G is the worst customer representative I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service does not care at all about the inconvenience they cause to their customers. Look at other websites for furniture..... My king size bed was delivered but the headboard had a manufacturer’s defect, where the leather had some pieces sticking out (fuzzy or ruff) and they did not send the legs for the headboard. So obviously they did not inspect the units before delivery as they claimed they do. It took a few months after my order to get it delivered but now I can not use it. The delivery guys left it there and I can not put a bed on it (no legs). They had to re-order the leg pieces and a new headboard, but they have no ETA. From the time I order to the time they fix this issue, would be atleast 4 months. I can not use my room and can not have guests over. Their customer service does not care at all about the inconvenience!!"

"My wife and I purchased 2 Queen mattresses from Coleman Mattress Co. in March 2016. After 4 years we still love our mattress. It was a Queen latex set. Mr. Coleman was very helpful explaining the process and we ordered the latex mattress based on his recommendation .My wife has a bad back and this matress is wonderful. The second Queen mattress has been in constant use for 4 years and is still like new."

"I'm one of those type of people who spends tons of time conducting research before making a purchase. the more expensive the purchase the more in-depth the research. Needless to say it took me about 2 weeks before I finally decided on what kind of mattress I wanted and where I wanted to buy it from. Long story short if you go to one of the big box retailers that most people go to mattresses for then most likely you will end up with sub par quality for a super high price. Coleman offers and much higher quality product for a much better price since they manufacturer everything in house. I recommend you check out this place if you're in the market for a mattress."
