"Wildly overpriced, imported junk. You can find the same sofas and chairs at ACP or Furniture Mart for hundreds/thousands less and most of the Side/Coffee and console tables on Serena&Lily for hundreds less, including delivery. I love supporting small businesses, but not greedy ones like this."

"We purchased this table in 2021. Within the first year we started getting the cracking and peeling in the pictures. after numerous calls to J Turner and promised follow-up we finally gave up, something I’m sure was intended. Shoddy workmanship, terrible customer service. Beware!"

"I purchased a beautiful dining table from J Turner back in June with delivery tentatively set for the end of August. After leaving the store I realized I was charged too much ($1000 more) for the table purchased (the price tag was listed on the table at the time). I called the store the next day and spoke with Mat, who also assisted us at the time of sale. Mat confirmed that we were mistakenly charged $1000 more than we should have been and he would refund the amount and send me a receipt via email. We also requested that the $300 delivery charge we paid for be refunded as well as we figured out a way to pick up the table on our own, Mat said no problem. After a few weeks I noticed I hadn't received the refund and sent an email to Mat. Mat informed me that J Turner would refund the overage when we come pick up the table. I questioned why the refund couldn't be completed sooner but never received a response. Fast forward to the day we pick up our table (9/1) and no one is available at the warehouse to assist us with the refund. Again, I send an email to Mat who tells me that someone from the Philips Hwy store would assist me that day. As of yesterday I still hadn't heard from J Turner so I called them. I spoke with someone at the Philips Hwy location who said the manager would be in touch with me to assist with the refund. It's been nearly 24 hours and I've not heard from the manager. At this point, I don't think J Turner has any true intentions of refunding my $1300, which is extremely upsetting and scary for future customers. Their pieces are beautiful and there were more items I eventually wanted to purchase but after this debacle I don't think I'll be shopping there again, unfortunately. To future customers, should you decide to purchase something please double check the pricing before paying. The lack of care and urgency to provide a refund of such a large amount is very frustrating to say the least. **I'll be glad to delete this review if my refund is provided promptly (it's already been 2.5 months of waiting)."

"We love J Turner! When we bought our new home earlier this year, we needed to fully furnish it. I wasn't sure where to start and had heard about J Turner so went over to the Sawgrass location to check it out. Their furniture/items and overall aesthetic is exactly what I was looking for. We met Kerry, one of their wonderful designers, that day and he helped us with finding some initial items. We have now been working with Kerry for months as we get the house furnished. He has been great to work with and has been so helpful along the way. Before we officially moved in and were still located in another state, Kerry would send us pieces that he thought could work for our home and would coordinate for them to arrive when we would be in town leading up to the move. He has made the process of furnishing our home so easy. I get so excited on the day that the truck arrives and watch our home beautifully come together. I can't wait to see the final results and we have Kerry to thank for that!"
