The entire staff really went above and beyond, and has greatly exceeded my expectations. #1) the prices here are great, you can get, for example Ashley, furniture for almost 30-50% off their usual retail. #2) when one of my items came defective, while it did take some prompting on my end, they resolved the issue completely and quickly. "I was searching the Internet for a local furniture business, and stumbled upon this business establishment. And was greeted right when walking in. I was in search for a sofa, enough for 3 people to sit comfortably. And from walking nascar laps around the store and having help from both of the ladies through their vast of knowledge of the furniture. I bought a floor model. I throughly checked to see any imperfections and found nothing. I was very happy and satisfied through the whole process, I enjoyed both of the ladies help and hospitality. I can not remember their names because I was excited about my purchase. I bought a sofa from a Signature design by Ashley furniture. The feeling of the couch is like velvet and the cushions is firm enough but not plush. It was just right by my standards. The guys that wrapped up my couch did an amazing job to protect my sofa, because of the weather conditions that day. I got home and unwrapped and nothing was damaged. I will definitely be back and buy more furniture. The whole team was amazing, professional and very calming. Thank you"
