"Where do I begin? Well, after being struck by a reckless driver after work on a Monday in my 4 DAY OLD CAR ('19 Honda Civic Sport) ,I was super torn up! My car suffered extensive damage and the driver airbag deployed, so I figured it would be totaled. After having a previous Honda repaired by Preferred, there was no doubt about bringing my car to Preferred. Carl (owner) took one look at the accident photos and he stated "we can repair that." I didn't believe it at first, but they're the experts so why not? My car was towed to Preferred and it was a BIG job for them all! Preferred began working on my car quickly. It took a little more than a month for the repairs to be completed.... which is less time than I expected. A lot of Preferred's time was spent on getting things squared away with my insurance company. Long story short; I received my car and you cannot even tell that it was in an accident. Marcia is super sweet and all of the staff have great customer service skills. If you're not 100% happy with a repair, they will work with you until you're happy. I highly recommend their services, especially for Hondas and Acuras. Thanks Carl, Marcia, and staff at Preferred- you all made this awful (car accident) experience very smooth for me.
