"Unfortunately, I never received the opportunity to review this mechanic's repairs. After speaking to him on a Friday, he told me to call him at three on Saturday, then at three on Sunday. He said that he might even have to work on it on Monday. I was happy to have him repair the car at his convenience. When I called him on Sunday, someone hung up on me. Perhaps he thought I was "pestering" him, but he is the one that set the times for repairing my car but did not follow through. I wish people would simply do the right thing!"
