"This is such a wonderful place to shop. My experience has been Pleasant each time. I'm not the type of person that expects my butt to be kissed as soon as I go to a store. I go with an intention in mind. I also shop with my daughter who is on the Spectrum and likes to look at many things. No one has ever given me any problems. I would ignore the reviews or look at reviews that are a bit more recent. I found some amazing jewelry pieces at a very affordable price. All authentic beads and stones for the most part oh, and if they are not they are priced accordingly. Even if I found something that was just slightly damaged they gave me a discount so I felt good about my purchase without even asking! The owner is really cool, the young people that have work there are nice and friendly and so are the other staff. No one followed me or my daughter around the store and we were carrying shopping bags. However in this day and a I did offer for them if they wanted to hold my shopping bags at the counter. Only because I didn't want to knock anything over but they were super chill. The music in my opinion was awesome. It brought me back to the 80s and 90s. I'm hoping the store continues to thrive. There will always be naysayers and there will always be Karen's. I recommend that if you like vintage items and hard to find original pieces, I'd say ignore the negative reviews and come see for yourself."
