"Something happened today that made me very angry about this place. The manager of this place is totally arrogant and does everything he can to take your money. Every time I leave my car to change the engine oil he calls me 30 minutes later pushing me with problems that don't exist in the car and charging me absurdly expensive amounts. Today I went to leave my car there once again, believe I had already taken my car there 6 or 7 times and I was always charged a specific amount, something around 36 and 41$ even because my car is not new and before of them change they never ask what kind of oil I would like to put in our car. They just print a paper with the value of the job and ask us to do sign it. By chance, innocently just today I signed without looking at the value before (which I know was a mistake) for believing and trusting that it would always be the same value as every other time I went before because they have a history of all the times and types of oil they had been putting in the car. To my surprise when I went to pay, I noticed that the value was 84$ because he had put an oil that was more expensive. I feel that this manager does everything to push you everything that is most expensive and uses dishonesty to tell you everything your car needs to be replaced. I do not recommend this store to anyone and I will never do any kind of service in this place again."
