"I paid for the alignment service; rotation and balancing of tires and I had to return because they had not rotated the wheels or balanced them. I realized all this when I checked the wheels of the car, which I have marked. At this point I feel scammed and I think that they did not do the work I paid for. Now I come back and they tell me that they are going to do the work that wasn't done, tire balance and rotation, and if I don't get it done they just do the rotation because the mechanic didn't know what he had to do..."
