"My wife and I returned from a two week trip and a 10 hour flight, and found my truck at airport parking would not start. I called a tow truck and searched my AAA app for a garage nearby. I am so glad Beacon Auto Care was recommended. It was close to closing time, and the owner waited for me to arrive. He agreed to have the mechanic check it out first thing in the morning, and call me with an estimate. They called me the next morning to let me know the starter needed to be replaced, provided the estimate and immediately began the repairs. I was back on the road by 1pm. I found this shop to be very professional, efficient, compassionate about my situation and very reasonable with their pricing. Highly recommend."

"I first went to them for an oil change and tire rotation and I had a pleasant experience. I liked that they have all their prices posted on the wall. I took my car in today because my EPC light was on and the car shakes when accelerating. Later they texted me an estimate for $3700 for abs control replacement with no explanation and I never got a call. When I called to ask for an explanation of what was wrong (what is abs??), they said they would send the estimate again. When I clarified that I wanted an explanation, not an estimate, they said the problem was the abs module…..I had to ask a third time for them to explain to me in children’s terms what was wrong with my car. I feel like for a $3700 repair I can at least get a phone call and explanation. They were nice enough but yikes. Overall, ok for tune ups but avoid for actual problems."
