"I needed a car for 1 day as mine was getting fixed. Julian fixed me up with a Tacoma quickly so we could enjoy the rest of the day! The next day I returned the truck and Cristhian checked it back again quickly and even made sure I had a ride to the garage to pick up my car. Both went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them highly! Thanks for making things easy without a hassle!"

"Booked a van 6 weeks in advance. Stopped by a week prior to make sure they would have it. All good for 6 passenger vehicle of some sort. Showed up at 0830 to get my vehicle. Surprise, no vehicle available! What? The lady working the desk was rude and unapologetic. No car, we will call you when we have one. They did call - 3 hours later! I had to make other plans to pick up my family in Fort Lauderdale. Suggest renting down the street at Budget if you want to be ensured a car. That's what I did."

"Their single employee arrived 30 min late, there were 6 people waiting, and no cars on site... enterprise should consider moving to a spot that can accommodate more than 2 cars and staffing appropriately."

"Do not do business with this location!!! They are the worse! They will rip you off!!! Cindy is an empty vessel! No one shows up to work when you are supposed to pick up your rental car that you had to reserve in advance. They do not answer their phone. When you call another location and try to get connected to the Key Largo office your call gets disconnected. When you call another location to get service you can wait for over an hour and someone may still not pick up your call. They will not have the vehicle you reserved. They do there own disinfecting and cleaning at this location to turn over the cars and there is only one person working here so it is gross! The truck I ended up with smelled like someone had been living in it! I will NEVER do business with you EVER! You are the WORSE car rental agency ever!"

"Antonio was super helpful. Our own truck had an issue and Antonio was super helpful and we got into a beautiful Mini Cooper rental quickly. I highly suggest them and would recommend to friends. Great job Antonio and thanks for 5 star customer service!! Best place to rent in the Keys!"
