"Come here! Don’t go down the street. These are real people who have been doing this all their lives. They not only have what you need, but can recommend ways of doing things better, FROM EXPERIENCE. It not the fanciest looking store, but it has the basic things you need and the people that have experience. The place down the street are kids behind a computer. If the computer can’t tell them what to say, they don’t know. Would you go to a dentist who has to watch instructions on YOUTUBE to fix your teeth? And if there was not instruction video, then you get told they can’t help or worse, they guess! And the place down the street doesn’t honor warranty cause you have to have the credit card from the purchase, or the receipt or both, and if you have both, they will come up with another reason why they can’t honor the warranty. Anyhow I fell for the trap at the pretty place and found out, NAPA, is the way to go. They bend over backwards to help you and have the ability to explain things that not only save you money, but time as well."
