"Just went to the new publix to get a meal, from the hot bar, the chicken was hard as a rock and they still served it to me, the greens were over salted and the fires were dried out. This place looks good on the outside but the food perp is sub par at best, worst then the old Publix which also was not that good. I called to inform the deli so they wouldn’t serve this disgusting dish to another customer, but they didn’t really care to listen to me besides informing me I can go a refund, I don’t want a refund I don’t want to drive 20 mins again, why don’t you just serve edible food. I’d wait 2 months to go again wait for all this hassle to die down."

"Living in a state without Publix, we just had to stop by this location for a quick lunch while driving from Key West to Miami. At the top of my list was their famous Chicken Tender Sandwiches. There was a long line in the deli, but fortunately it moved pretty quickly and the staff was very friendly. The sandwiches are made to order, and you choose all the individual ingredients much like you would at Subway. The Buffalo-Style Chicken Tender Sub was every bit as delicious as I had hoped! Their fried chicken wings also hit the spot. My only minor complaint is that there was nowhere for us to sit down and enjoy the food, so we had to enjoy our meals while sitting in the car in the parking lot."
