"The best auto repair experience I have ever had! Poncho is awesome. He is always in constant communication with you and ensures that you know exactly what's going on with your vehicle. Back in November of 2023, I drove my car through what seemed like a little bit of water. Unfortunately, it was enough water to shut off my car. The insurance had deemed it a total loss, but I was not about to get another vehicle with payments. I could not make any repairs to my car until I received the salvage title which took about 2 months to receive. In the process, mold grew inside of my car. Poncho and his team, not only repaired my engine, sensors, water pump, etc., but they detailed it inside and out! I literally have a new car under the hood and paid less money for all of that when compared to other vendors who were charging more just for the engine itself. I would recommend Poncho to everyone! However, they broke one of the door handles and didn't say anything about it. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until a couple of days ago since I don't use this car very much."
