"I’m sorry i will apologize for this stores low class in employee/door greeters/door checkers . We come here to give you our money. However we do not come to get treated as were in the department of corrections. Christmas time or not do not treat people like trash that come to spent their money . If your scanners need repair managers should address it . Do not allow your doors people to treat customers like garbage . My business and myself have been bring business for over 15 years . I can go somewhere else if the staff cannot behave with an once of class or respect for human beings ."

"We are Costco members and came here with a friend because it was nearby. I guess if it's more convenient this could suffice in the place of Costco. However, if given the choice I would choose Costco every time. A good indicator of a store's culture is the shopping carts. There were abandoned carts strewn throughout the parking lot. Also, no carts at the door? We walked back to the parking lot to retrieve a cart. The aisles and arrangements are similar to Costco and the prices (for meat) are higher."

"The new COVID line looks long, but it moves fast. I’ve been frequenting this store since it opened, an average of at least once a month. Staff is always friendly. Only complaint is for the new digital coupons where you can no longer get multiples of the same item and apply multiple coupons. Other than that, very satisfied with this store."

"Don't like having to make regular trips to the groceries so i prefer Buying items in bulk makes it easier for us because the prices are just right. They stock almost everything, this store is always clean and shelves organized. Their gas prices are reasonable and the cash back Bj's card are very good to have."

"I drove up here from Key Largo with my mother in law because she received an invitation to try a membership here. The invite arrived between Christmas and New Years - while she was visiting family out of state. Upon visiting th membership desk, she was declined the trial membership (came in a couple days late), and wasn't offered any solutions or suggestions, just a "too bad." We were told we could peruse the store, but could not purchase anything without buying a membership full price. I understand that we missed the fine print, but a last-minute promotional coupon which expires over a holiday is a pretty shady offer, especially when there is no customer service to smooth over customers set up for disappointment. We will not be coming back. Also, we used the restrooms on the way out. They were very dirty and clearly not maintained with any reasonable frequency."
