He found the problem and had it replaced. It was not an easy task at all, he NEVER complained once, he made it happen, great guy. Douglas was very helpful and so was the staff. Clean store, great customer service. You have to come here."

I been buying car batteries for years and installing them on my own because that was just how things was done but the representative Douglas asked me if my car was outside and I replied yes. Douglas went outside and inspect my car battery and confirmed it needed to be replaced went in the system and recommended a battery that works best for me car and installed it for me right outside of the AutoZone parking lot.
