"Worst customer service ever! The owner is rude and dismissive. She doesn't understand negotiations, at least with not with people of color. I'm positive the respect level would have been different if I were a white man, instead tells her customers to "move on down the road". Also, when I back to point out her rudeness, she shooed me away like a dog. I will Never patron this establishment again. Horrible service!!"

"This is the WORST pawn shop I have ever been to. The older lady was rude from the beginning when I called. I arrived at the store and she still had an attitude. Very horrible customer service! No air and they have dogs behind the counter just sitting. The owner was waking around with no shirt on. They are just rude and negative also a dirty environment."
