"As an educated and Christian man I give people the benefit of the doubt but this facility is not a place where craftsmanship or intelligence goes hand in hand. Avoiding this facility like it was the plague is the only thing that I can for warn you about. The thought of another human being having to deal with these people sickens me to the point of massive headaches and gastrointestinal pain."
"So picked up vehicle after the simplest of services oil change and tire rotation and unbelievably one of my rear tires lug nuts was not properly tighten. Fortunately for my own safety and the safety of my family I realized something was wrong by the time I reached the first traffic light and went right back. My adviser Ty (the saving grace of this situation) was very gracious and immediately brought vehicle back to the shop where it was confirmed that tire the lug nuts were not properly tightened. One would think every shop would road test vehicle prior to returning vehicle to customer. This error could have cost lives! **Update** On 11-22-2023 @ 11:54AM I gave Mr. Stan Anders a call and left a voice message to give him the opportunity he requested to discuss the service I received. Today is 12-6-2023 and I have yet to hear a word from him or anyone else at Coconut Creek Hyundai Service. Seemingly they just don't care. Truly believe this is extremely important for consumers to know. Let's see if this update gets any attention. I won't hold my breath!!!"
"Just picked up my newly purchased car days ago and came across what I’d consider a pretty benign issue which, nonetheless I wanted remedied. I drove into a ridiculously backed-up entrance to the service department causing me concern from the get-go. After having to exit my car to hunt someone down, I was told I’d need an appointment. Ok, I understand that. He went on to tell me that the first available appointment was over a month away! Huh? If this is the service experience myself, and other Hyundai buyers are forced to endure, I would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership. You may ask, then why give them 2 stars, well, the service guy who delivered the ridiculous news about the wait was actually very polite and attentive. That deserves a star considering how people are nowadays"
"Had appointment on Jan 6 at 7:30AM for diagnostic check, assigned service rep Brandon. He was 1 1/2 hours late. Told me someone should have sent me home in a Lyft. Was told part to be ordered, would take a week. No phone call from Brandon. When you call Coconut Creek phone number for service, no one ever picks up. Ever. After more than 15 attempts, I reached Brandon. He apologized and made appointment for service in Sat Feb 4. I took the day off work. Once again, he was 90 minutes late. Sent me home in a Lyft to wait. ( already waited 90 minutes) Called 3 hours later, missing a part, I would have to come back for repair. He said he would order a Lyft so I could get back to dealership. He never did. I tried calling for 30 minutes, but no response, so took an Uber myself, only to find that THE PART WAS NEVER ORDERED. This guy flat out lied to me, made me miss a day of work, and I'm out $20 for an Uber. Service manager acted like "hey, no big deal." UPDATE You can see service manager reached out below. This is how they returned my car after the repair!!!!"
"My first time here to do service of my car 2023 on Saturday 02/04/23 My experience was “weird”, a mix.. was “ok” and bad I should say. The greeting person’s smell was terrible: sting marihuana Brandon, my advisor was nice and kind but unfortunately he was not when I picked up my car The report had a different tag with my name… so… it’s weird. The report said that they did the wash and vacuum service which is not true. My car was dirty and I talked with the manager or supervisor and he instead to say: let me check it and we can do “again”, literally said: OK! Ha!"
