"When it comes to dealing with a business, I have two pet peeves. 1. Answer the phone when I call you or at least acknowledge my call and give me a time frame as to when you will be calling me back. 2. If you say that you are going to do something, then you better do it!!!! When it comes to Brandon Weiss from All Lines Insurance out of Coconut Creek, Florida, he came through with flying colors in every category possible!!! I truly can’t say enough good things about him both personally and professionally. Due to his extensive experience in the field, he was able to answer all of my questions right off the top of his head. He never once gave me the “I’ll have to check on that and get back with you.” I have spent nearly 35 years as a law enforcement officer in the State of Florida so integrity, reputation and honesty are very important to me. Brandon personifies those three qualities. One of the really nice things about my experience with Brandon is that he didn’t treat me as a “number”, just another random citizen asking questions about an insurance policy. He treated me as if I was the only customer he had.
