"Worst customer service I have experience. I do not recommend buying in this place. Especially the girl who is on the phone very rude when helping order after you buy but super helpful when they want you to buy. She told me the delivery will help me with my old bedroom furniture and then said she didn’t say that very unprofessional. Adding that delivery was one hour late, and they charge you extra. Never buying in this place again"
"I don’t understand all the negative comments , but my experience there was great , So to each it’s own. I walked in and saw the two items that’s I had specifically went in for which was a bed and a tv stand . Erica the sales clerk was very polite , assisted me quickly and installation was already included which also was a great service they installed my bed quickly and I didn’t have to do anything . Below is the bed that I purchased it was so worth the buy I love my speaker bed frame . I’ll definitely return to but from them again prices are fair"
"I wouldn’t even give this place a star, if it was possible. I purchased a rug on 5/3/20. We arrived to look around and fell in love with a rug. Expectations went downhill from there. That one rug we wanted was displayed under furniture and asked the old lady working, if they had another and she said yes. (Keep in mind, she did not verify if the rug was in stock, until after I paid for the rug) We sat down to make purchase and told us, she can have it ready for the following day, then mentioned two days later. She said, she’ll double check with the warehouse guys. (She wasn’t even attempting, which is the first issue I had with them.) She picked up the phone for literally 10 seconds and said, “So, we’ll leave it for Wednesday correct?” (She was not even 5 feet from us when she was making the “call”. Did not utter one word nor mentioned they didn’t pick up.) We were busy Wednesday, so we called the following day to pick up the rug. Her daughter told us, she can’t help us with the rug, it’s up to the warehouse guys to deliver it to the site. It was a run around on texts and calls. (Again, they had already told us, it would be ready by Weds, but of course, it still wasn’t delivered by Weds, as previously stated....) We called the warehouse guys about three more times to confirm time for pick up. Told us, one of the guys already delivered it to the store, instead of picking it up from the warehouse. (Since they’ve been “busy delivering”.) We arrived to the store and took notice that the very first rug that was displayed in the store under the furniture was gone. Also, the warehouse guys were both at the store, even tho, they said one of them had dropped it off because of their full route. The guys kept watching us to see our reactions, as we were leaving with the rug. (Did not look brand new.) The rug appeared to had just been wrapped up in the back of the store. As we were about to receive the rug, Alicia said, she’s been waiting for us on Weds, yet they didn’t bother to call or have the rug ready at the store, since it was “ready by Weds”. We took images of the whole experience from small instances that we found odd, until we procured the rug. We unwrapped the rug at home and it has indents of furniture leaving the rug pressed in, as if, the rug was previously used... This whole experience was a joke. Point being, don’t buy from these scammers. They WILL NOT return your money and will come up with any lie in response to anything you have to say otherwise about the purchase you’ve made. If you decide to move forward, do not sign any documents, until you’ve received your item and argue for your money back. Last resort, report them to the police with evidence of everything."
"Horrible customer service. Went there on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at approximately 3:15pm and there were 2 staff members working there, 1 Male and 1 female. The male worker was extremely rude and disrespectful. From the moment I walked in he made me feel like he did not want to engage with me so I had to walk around the store to look for the rug I agreed to purchase on offer up. When I tried to explain the agreed upon price of $189 instead of $199 he was very dismissive and I had to give him my phone to show that I had an agreement to meet on that day and between noon and 4pm for the price I stated. Then he finally agreed to assist me and informed me that they had 3 of the version of carpet it was agreed to be sold to me but they already sold all 3 of them so either I would have to get a different carpet design, take the store display model that had been out for a week at regular price of a new carpet or come back another day. I told him that it was very inconsiderate as I had to arrange for a sitter and go through traffic to make it there because it was told I would have a new one available not display model so one of the three should've been reserved for me and he just told me that offer up is not a binding contract and it's not his problem. He went further to tell his coworker in Spanish not to waste her time talking to me when she was trying to de-escalate the situation and Express her understanding."
"I purchased a bed that had missing items. I called to complain and they said they had no control to what items are missing coming from the warehouse. I had to drive back twice to finally get missing items. Then I purchased another bed and instead of a king she ordered a queen, so not only i waited 3 weeks for the wrong bed she left me waiting on date of delivery. I called and they stated they could not find my order. At that point she rescheduled and we picked a date when suddenly I get confirmation on the wrong date. This was a nightmare!! When I called to complain I did not even get an apology. These people are super unorganized and have horrible Costumer Service. The furniture is nice but not worth all this hassle."
