"I think this place has great prices for the quality of matress they sell. I tried a few of them in the warehouse and the one I chose is working great for me. The price on it was very competitive from what I can tell through online research. I found the label that shows it was manufactured in 2019 but it was still sealed and unused so its fine with me. I don't know much about mattresses or if the year on the label even matter but this Simmon retails for nearly double what I paid. The only downside is the return policy. So be sure you are comfortable with that, although I didn't need to worry about it."

"The owner (a Brazilian guy) is rude and has Zero customer service skills. I went one day and paid for three bunk beds. The owner advised me the bunk beds were going to be delivered the same day in the afternoon. A few hours later he called me stating his supplier was closed, and the beds were going to be delivered in five days. The day before the beds were supposed to be delivered I called him and texted him several time to at what time should I expect the beds to be delivered, but he never replied to my text nor my calls. Finally the beds were delivered, and ALL OF THEM HAD OXIDED parts and missing paint. If I am allowed to post pictures, I will. *************** Mr. Wilson Today February 7th 2021 you replied to my review, however you have no replied to my text I sent you with pictures showing the oxide on the beds.
