"Wish I could leave no star. This company is horrible. They provide a sofa with stain and lose fabric. And the delivery department made a cut on arm rest. Advise the sale personnel and the sale manager. They took their time to lapse the days so customer service department reply 4days after. Then they force a sell of new sofa cause they didn't honor a return. I place a report with BBB. I also try to communicate with corporate office no one contact me. I never had bad business with company until this."

"JEREMAINE BLACK QUEEN BED I purchased this bed less than a year ago (Sept 2022) & it’s already broken (Footboard). Apparently RANA only had a 90 day warranty period & I did not purchase their expensive 5 year protection plan at the time because I couldn’t afford it, so now I’m screwed. I called to see if I can at least purchase the footboard by itself but they said that there was nothing they can do for me. Great, now I’m stuck with no bed pretty much while corporate america continues to inflate everything in the market. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from RANA because I am here to tell you that their furniture is NOT durable & very CHEAP. UPDATE!!!! (Refer to videos)"

"I never write reviews because I don’t like it but now I had to do it because is not fear for my parent that they just spend 8000 in rana furniture and had this bad experience.We bought different furniture in rana furniture the 2 days ago today we received our furniture as soon as my father saw the coffee table with the driver at the house he said that he didn’t want it because was fragile also the table came together not in a box , the driver told my dad no to move it he also told us that he have to call the store before he take it back to the store no body answer the phone at the store and we have to keep it, as soon as he left the house we pick the table up to put it in the place were we want it and the legs fall off the table ,we call the store several times and finally someone answer the phone they told me that I have to call customer service and bla blA blA and we have to wait for a technician to go fix it we dontttt wantttttt that table you don’t get it ? is pice of paper we want a different table . I hope that they fix this issue as soon as possible . Thank you"

"The worst store to buy. I've never had a worst experience. They have something on the showroom, that is completely different from what they deliver, bad condition. Super expensive furniture and when it arrived, it was stained, badly assembled, and very poor quality. I returned the furniture the same day it arrived, they only took one piece out of the truck and they want to charge me for the delivery, I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for them to return my money. Never buy there I'm telling you from experience."
