After texting them photos they sent me a price and once accepting the price they sent me an invoice for 50% to be paid through Zelle and picked up the piece to be reupholstered. When they dropped it off they texted to see how we liked it and then sent the remaining 50% invoice. They did an amazing job. I would definitely use them again. It was so easy and convenient.
