"My wife and I met with designer Marcela to get directions on a master bathroom remodel we did and we were missing the backsplash behind the mirror and vanity. She carefully listened to both of our goals, saw pictures of our bathroom and the house to get a sense of the style we were going for, farm house and ended up offering a few great suggestions for us to choose from. To make a long story short, we followed her advice and did the whole back wall with the stone looking tile she suggested and it came out great. We are very happy wit her services and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a professional opinion and guidance."
"Had a great experience with designer, Agatha, from the Coral Springs store. She was very professional, helpful, responsive, patient and friendly. I highly recommend working with her!"
"Overall sub par experience with this location. Over the course of our bedrooms and bathrooms remodeling project, we had only one good experience with one of the many departments we had contact with. First experience was with the design center. We had a free design consultation scheduled online for 11:00am on a Friday with Lyndia. We arrived 15 minutes early and decided to browse around the design setup and was not greeted (fine no big deal). We noticed a lady at the design center and was planning to approach her at the time of our appointment; she looked busy so we didn’t want to interrupt her. At 10:59am she walks away to the front of the store and desired to talk with another customer who was inquiring about design. I asked the cashier if that was Lyndia to make sure that was the correct designer, cashier said yes. I told her that I had an appointment with her, and if there was anyway to let her know we were there without me interrupting them. She politely told Lyndia that we were waiting on her for our appointment at 11 (it was now 11:05). She responds something along the lines of “I’m with a customer right now you’re going to have to wait”. Fast forward to 11:15am she meets us at the design center and asks what style we like, show her some pictures etc. then we walk the store looking at various tiles and such. She really didn’t give much guidance and when we suggested or asked about a tile combo she basically just said “yeah that works”. Long in the short we were not impressed with the free consultation. Second experience was with the cashiers, very nice cashiers but offer little to no help when asking where something was or if we needed assistance getting something. Third experience was with the warehouse for online pickup. This was one of the two good experiences. They were flexible to changing pickup time/date when we were unable to make the original time/date. When we arrived to pick up the tiles we ordered online, the service was nice and fast. The forklift driver and other warehouse workers loaded everything in the car with care. Positive experience with the warehouse and is the only reason I am giving a 2 star review. Fourth experience was the second good experience with what I assumed was a warehouse worker. I needed just 2 boxes of a tile that we already had started installing in our shower (my fault for changing the layout, just needed more). Ryan (or Bryan?) was super nice and explained there was a meeting in the back so there weren’t many employees on the floor and in the back available to assist, but he will do his best to find a forklift driver to get what I needed. Totally get store policy they are not allowed to get tile from a shrink wrapped and strapped pallet that’s stacked. Ryan was great, I was just somewhat in a rush which wasn’t something that he could help with due to the lack of employees available to assist… which brings me to the next experience with the store manager. Last experience takes the cake. I was appalled. Store manager comes down the isle with another customer who I must mention was a woman, talking/flirting about the various tiles etc. - I waited for a pause in their conversation to ask the manager if there was someone that can help get the pallet down from there, and that Ryan (or Bryan) was already looking for a driver but if he can help find a driver it would be appreciated. He didn’t want anything to do with me and responds “well you’re just going to have to wait”. The woman customer that he was with ultimately decides on the same tile I am waiting for and NOW he gets on the radio (annoyed) prompting someone to assist. Seriously? ALSO CHECK YOUR TILES BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. You may or may not have a full box of broken tiles. Return/exchange process is very easy, just inconvenient to have to make another trip to the store."
"Absolute worst experience. We made a huge order with a design rep there and it was delivered to a job site only to realize weeks later that they did not deliver the complete order. Now, we are realizing they gave us multiple different sizes of the same tiles, so none of them can be used, as they don't match. On top of everything, the phone disconnects when you try to call the store. Update: Things got even worse... We realized that 5 of the 11 (very expensive) 6' x 3' tiles we ordered were broken at the bottom of the pile upon delivery (delivery from Coral Springs). Called the location to ask if they had the same shade number to replace the broken pieces and they insisted they did. We confirmed three times, then drove an hour, only to learn they did not have them. Held up the project and cost us time, money, and labor. Yet again."
