"I called this company over warranty work and spoke with both Karen and Melinda, who runs the warranty service. I find the overall length of time, and lack of concern for my inability to somehow let this company know to fix their orders on my warranty issue very amazing. I do think eventually this will be fixed, now that a workman has come in May of 2022, but he must completely reorder and then we'll need to reschedule another appointment before I have resolution. I had a work order for warranty put in to Kitchen Art from October 2021 (7 months ago). I called Kitchen Art in January 2022 after never being contacted about the warranty issue that was put in. I spoke about the fact that an order was in and should be for one drawer and two door fronts. At that time, Kitchen Art had two warranty issues, because I had personally put in a warranty about my glass shelves that were installed too small, and completely fell out and broke inside the cabinet. That work order was placed in November 2021, and today, May 4, 2022, Kitchen Art arrived with the new glass shelves and installed them. They look great, and I believe they will be good shelves that do not break, and that is what I ordered and paid for in October 2021. Thank you! On the first warranty issue, we are still waiting from October 2021. I'm not sure what I as the customer could have done. I am still without correct drawer and (two) door fronts from October 2021. Please note I can verify I called and informed Karen at least once prior to today that the first work order from 10/2021 was incorrect, because it was improperly installed originally, so two door fronts and a drawer front needed to be installed (not one door front). I called several other times with the same message, but did not write down who I spoke with. Today I had an appointment and the workman came with his :ONE (Wrong kind) of drawer front, and I don't think this is his fault. His company clearly does not see how I could be concerned that since October 2021, this was their first attempt to come to my home for the drawer and (two) door fronts. I got no apology, even tho I had spoken with Karen to correct this prior to today. I will again post here once my warranty issue from October 2021 is completed, and I hope to give a good report. I believe their workman does do good work, but perhaps the company should try to listen as a customer calls to inform on the work order. I"

"I wish we could give negative stars, because this is what this company deserves. If you want top quality kitchen cabinets and countertops, stay far away this company. If you want great customer service as well as friendly customer service, stay far away from this company. Kitchen Art uses the cheapest materials and all of their cabinets fall apart (literally) within less than 6 months of normal use and they don't stand behind their work or products at all. I live in a community with 387 brand new homes and the builder (GL) used Kitchen Art to do all the kitchens, and needless to say, I'm not the only one in this community who has major problems and a horrible experience when dealing with Kitchen Art on warranty issues. My suggestion is to stay away from this company."

"I have worked with numerous businesses in my life and none have been as rude and insulting to a customer as Kitchen Art. I am glad to see other reviews posted saying the same thing. I was told twice I would be called back within a certain time frame. The third time I called after both previous time frames had passed, the person who answered was completely insulting. I will never do business with this company and recommend against it for anyone who would like to be treated as if they are a customer and not a bother."

"After having a Kitchen Art installation done six years ago, it became necessary to modify the outdoor kitchen in order to install a roll-up hurricane door. My sales rep dispatched two of the nicest and most talented people to cut off an entire cabinet section and rework the end cap. From the photos, you can see that it looks like the cabinet that was removed had never been there at all. In addition, they reconnected the electrical outlet and propane gas tank. This was a small job and probably more of a bother for this vendor than anything, but they willingly agreed to do the work, and I am extremely pleased with the result. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"I highly recommend kitchen art! I did a complete remodel of my house and en trusted Kitchen Art with my new gourmet kitchen and 4 new bathrooms, along with a mudroom, bar and TV unit. They turned out fantastic. Everything from the design process to the installation has gone smoothly and any corrections that were needed were taken care of promptly and with great care. The team at kitchen art is wonderful and Paul designed the most beautiful kitchen and bathrooms that I could have ever dreamed of! I would use them again and again!!"
