"The only reason I use this is because it's close to home and it constantly rains here. The old company here before you was far better. Here is why. You removed the pre-wash stations. This was good to clean off bugs and wash rims before entering. You removed the floor matt washing stations. This is a big deal! Now where to properly wash one of the dirtiest parts on the interior. You removed the glass cleaning solutions. You removed the drying towels meaning if you don't have something in you car you'll end up driving off with water stains everywhere. No the dryer at the car wash exit is not enough to properly dry the car. Your air compressors have lower psi and it's hit or miss to find one that works at all. Same issue with the vacuum stations. When I asked about the reduction in services the manager stated that the car wash was upgraded to provide better cleaning so the items taken away will no longer matter. Well, it doesn't. These little things to your customers may be more expense to you but without your customer, you don't exist. After seeing my own review I am seriously considering other options for my car wash. I'm really not happy with what this place has become"

"Just for the awareness of those who end up having to make a claim for the error of this car wash, be warned! My brand new, out the door, 2024 2500HD Chevy, which by the way is a beautiful truck, came through this car wash two days ago. The bristles ripped my oem badge off, leaving the clips on the chrome piece that the badge connects to BROKEN. This is an expensive part from the dealership, so I made a claim. Not to my surprise, I get an email back from Jamin Elliot, which by the way the email was in such poor taste that I had to re-read it, and said that “in layman’s terms” that the dealership installed the part poorly, it might’ve been broken or loose before hand, or it’s after market. Please explain to me, how a brand new $94,000 truck is put together in poor taste. Wouldn’t you think the customer would know something is off before buying it? My truck is BRAND NEW, and well put together. And let’s not forget the OEM BARCODE on the back of the badge.. (this would mean the part is oem)… So now I’ll have to fight my way for restitution. If you ever encounter a situation like mine, you better believe that they’ll slither their way out and put the blame back on you. It’s really sad."

"I just joined today, I’ll give 2 stars because my truck came out clean. Where they lack is no towels or glass cleaner. How can you leave with a clean car if you can’t wipe down the water spots or clean the glass. This is a very cheap fix. Guess I’ll be looking for a new location and canceling."

"Since the ownership change there’s been a steep decline is service. They’ve removed the bug station, towels, mat cleaners, air fresheners, and glass cleaner at the vacuums. The vending machine was also empty so I couldn’t even purchase these things separately. The prices have stayed about the same from what I remember as well so I’m getting less for my money. They also seem to be putting cars through a lot closer together now. I’ve noticed small scratches after going there the last 2 times."
