The issue at hand should have been a quick fix involving three bolts and a couple of wires, a task that I estimated would take around thirty minutes. However, after the fact, I was shocked to receive a bill totaling $717 for the service. This amount seemed disproportionately high for the nature of the repair, and I felt taken aback by the unexpected cost. While I appreciate the convenience of the mobile repair service, I expected a more transparent and reasonable pricing structure, especially for what seemed like a straightforward task. Clear communication regarding the potential costs would have been appreciated upfront. I understand that businesses need to cover their expenses, but this experience has left me questioning the fairness of the charges. "I purchased a boat in the area to tow back to my house in Orlando. Half way between Naples and Immokalee one of the bearings went bad at about 5pm on a Friday. I called Absolute Road Service and Mustafa said he could help but it would be some time since he was in Ft Myers. About 6:30 Mustafa showed up and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. The repair was very reasonably priced and Mustafa was chatty and professional. I would highly recommend Absolute Road Service! Thank you again Mustafa"
