"I live on Marco and have used Enterprise for years. Made a reservation, NEVER received a confirmation. I did get a call to confirm and “I acknowledged”!!! Was running late. I called and the call was picked up by the Marco Airport Enterprise office to confirm. He couldn’t reach the Marco office before closing! Long story short…they gave my rental away. Called to confirm I wanted it but he didn’t call to give it away? The employee working completely sucked! Not someone I would want representing my company! Reservation and telephone confirmation mean nothing!!!"
