Guy in front of us waited a long time for a toasted bagel, then they messed up our order, didn't have the right products to make our drinks, and then this is how they gave me my bagel with cream cheese... They scooped it out of the container and just put it on the bagel. Didn't spread it around and then when I asked the manager for a plastic knife so I could spread it she went to the back and started a conversation with an employee. I had to ask another employee for a knife. Severe lack of training and attention to detail. 7/11 coffee across the street would probably be a better choice if you don't want to go to Starbucks down the street."
