"Best food on the island and best Mexican food in the country. I highly recommend trying out their food. It changes everyday but you can’t go wrong. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating of my pregnant wife. 10/10"
"Best Mexican food on Marco Island. Disguised as a Mobil gas station on the outside, the inside offers an authentic Mexican feast ready for take-out. Get there early because the food is too good to last. The people are friendly, the price is right, and the taste is great."
"A hidden gem that deserves recognition is The Mobile Gas Station cantina take-out. IMHO, some of the best food on Marco Island when considering value for your dollar. What truly stands out for me, regardless of the restaurant's level or ambiance, is the commitment of the chefs to use quality ingredients, their attention to techniques and their ability to create dishes with distinctive and unforgettable flavors. The cuisine at The Mobile Station is authentic Mexican flavors, and I'm on a delightful journey exploring their diverse menu. It's evident that they cater to the hardworking contractors who enable the comfort of our island life. One standout dish that left a lasting impression on me is their Chicken Mole. The sauce, rich and flavorful, exhibited subtle hints of clove and a medley of other spices that added complexity to every bite. Their creamy refried beans, with chopped beans folded back in, struck a perfect balance between smoothness and texture, making it an ideal companion to the Mole. Additionally, The Mobile Station offers a daily rotating Pazole-soup that is not only hearty but also incredibly satisfying. For those looking to elevate their game day gatherings, the Carnitas on Saturdays, available by the pound, is a showstopper. Whether enjoyed on its own or tucked into a quesadilla, it's sure to impress and leave your friends raving about the flavors. The Mobile Station is a hidden culinary treasure on Marco Island. Regardless of your dining preferences or budget, this unassuming eatery delivers remarkable Mexican cuisine. It's a testament to the belief that great food can be found in unexpected places, and I can't wait to continue my culinary journey through their menu."
"A little hidden gem for Mexican food, little known but by workers on the island that know how to find these great spots. Food is 4 stars but given seating and never know when food runs out 3 stars overall. They serve a breakfast starting early 6am I believe, when food is gone it’s gone so get there by 7am at latest. Lunch starts around 11:30am, will run out quickly so don’t get there at 1. One platter enough for 2 people. Around $16 for platter. There are some older picnic tables you can sit at for the adventurous or take it to go."
"The Mexican food is amazing. Get there by 12:30, or you might be disappointed because they run out. There’s a bit of a language barrier, but the staff is helpful and the food is on point. There are not many gas stations where the gas is a +1, but that’s the case here."
